- All electrical products are NON REFUNDABLE.
- Items that are AUTHORIZED BY US for return, the refund or credit will be assessed a 20% restocking charge.
- All items must be UN-USED & returned in their ORIGINAL packaging within 30 days.
- Items must be complete & in saleable condition.
- All
returned goods must be sent FREIGHT PREPAID, INCLUDING ANY CUSTOM BROKERAGE
CHARGES IF APPLICABLE, to our location.
- US Customers must use USPS mail. UPS & Other courier companies charge a Brokerage Fee.
- We will Not Accept any packages if there is a Brokerage Fee.
