Q. There is no dial tone.
A.
1. Check phone line connections.
2. Check power cord connection, and make sure cord is pushed all the way in to the handset.
3. Tap the hook to make sure it is not stuck.
4. Place phone off hook for about 10-20 seconds to charge capacitor.
5. Press amplify button, LED not on: Try a different phone jack.
6. Check/replace phone cord.

Q. My long distance call is not going through correctly.
A. Make sure you enter 1+ area code followed by the phone number.

Q. My phone does not ring?
A.
1. If flasher working - check ringer switch is on.
2. If flasher is not working - make sure handset is hung up properly - might be something on ear piece (such as soft foam round ear piece).

Q. I seem to be getting radio interference on my phone?
A. Reorient the receiving TV/Radio antenna and relocate the TV/Radio if possible. Remove AC power to an outlet that is not on the same line as the one used by the TV/Radio.

Q. Unable to program memory numbers in?
A. Be sure to enter digits correctly. When pressing the memory button, use the center of the button. Remember 15 digit maximum. Follow instructions for programming: Prog + number+Prog+Memory button (picture press center) and hang up.
